After September 7: all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Dress code strictly enforced: Black & White — Super Elegant Cocktail. Admission may be declined without refund if guidelines are not met.

1. Ticket & Identity. Each ticket admits one guest. The purchaser’s name must match a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Tickets are not for resale.
2. Sales Window. Ticket sales close on September 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.
3. Refunds & Transfers. Refunds are available until September 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. After that time, all sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable at all times.
4. Venue Disclosure. For privacy and security, the venue address will be emailed to confirmed guests after sales close and no later than September 10, 2025.
5. Dress Code. Black & White — Super Elegant Cocktail required. Failure to comply may result in denied entry without refund.
6. Photography & Likeness Release. By attending, you consent to photography, audio, and video recording and grant CVI & Celeste Victoria an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use your name, image, and likeness in any media for editorial, advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes related to CVI events and businesses.
7. Assumption of Risk; Waiver. Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release CVI & Celeste Victoria, their officers, employees, contractors, and venue partners from any claims arising out of injury, illness, loss, or property damage occurring before, during, or after the event.
8. Conduct. CVI may refuse or revoke admission at its discretion to preserve guest safety and event standards.
9. Force Majeure. If the event is delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, CVI may provide updated options consistent with applicable law; otherwise, standard refund rules apply.
10. Miscellaneous. These Terms are governed by the laws of New York. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
